Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Same-day cancellations may result in a $50 cancellation fee. If the cleaner arrives and cannot access the property, the appointment will be considered a cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled booking if notice is given 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to adjust booking times within a 1-hour arrival window.
